Terms of Sale
Acceptable forms of payment are Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Checks.
All items purchased must be paid for prior
to delivery, unless agreed upon prior to sale.
Items purchased will be shipped immediately
upon receipt of payment. For items paid for by Check, it will be shipped upon
Check funds clearing from bank. For information on our shipping methods please

Please note that all prices are "net".
There is no premium charged to any purchases.
Refund Policy
All items are sold on the basis of their description and photograph. Any stamps
which are not as described are returnable for a full refund within 30 days.
Items with expert certificates are sold on
the basis of the certificate. Any item may be submitted for an expert
certificate at time of purchase — please inform us where you wish for the item
to be sent. Any items determined to be fakes or forgeries, or contain faults
which were not mentioned in the description, are returnable for a full and
immediate refund.
You may also return any item, no questions
asked, within seven (7) days for a full refund.
